*internally screaming* We had the perfect and I mean PERFECT spot located in FL for our business, but the Realtor turned out to be absolutely useless. So we’re back to square one, found another new location that just went up for sale; It needs some work but man...it’s geographically perfect.

all the ones we kicked the tires on responded instantly...the two property’s we’re REALLY interested in have been useless; one doesn’t answer and the other has a shown she doesn’t know shit.
